Autopatch Audio/Video Routers & Switchers

My drive for home automation led me to these jewels some years ago, if you have more then a few audio/video devices and want to distribute the signals through out your home you can not do without one of these.  Even more important if you have a home theater without a good switcher your not able to select the right device without lots of button punching on several of your rack units.  With one of these puppies everything is switched from one place and ANY source can go to ANY combination of outputs, no manual patching, no mutable buttons to punch.  They also except serial data communications so you can even integrate your system to your home controller, AMX, Crestron, JDS or any system that supports serial data ports.  There is a PC Client too that will bring up the whole control grid and allow you to click the connection you need!

These have been available on ebay and the surplus market for many years now but chances are if you picked one up it will not have the configuration you need, they came in thousands of configurations from the factory.  Pretty much they were configured for the app they were going to be used in at the time of shipment, that included stuffing the correct signal board and setting the proper jumpers and software registers.
